This game didnt come with a manual, so Im wondering a few things...

 

1st, how do I change my views. I only seem to get a limited view using F keys.

 

2nd, is there a key map list somewhere that I missed? I was hoping to find this to learn the keys.

 

Ive noticed a few bugs in the aircraft list. I dont get a list of aircraft till I try scrolling it, then they all appear. Same for the maps.

 

Ill add more questions Im sure as I fiddle with this more. Thanks for the help.

The manual should be on the CD in pdf format. Try searching the CD.

 

Have you got all the WWI mods installed? (Sounds like you do) If so, go to where the 1.6.0.4 Patch was installed. There should be a file called keyboard.inp. This is the key map file. Open it up in wordpad and scroll thru it.

 

The view system is as follows:

 

Cockpit View = F1 (Press T and then hit F1 again to padlock the closest enemy. T cycles thru the enemy aircraft)

External View = F2

Chase View = F3

Weapon View (After launched) = F4

View Next Vehicle = F5

View Prev. Vehicle = Shift F5

Take Command of Vehicle = F6

Untake Command of Vehicle = Shift F6

Return To Vehicle = Alt F6

Next Crew (From cockpit) = F7

Prev. Crew (From cockpit) = Shift F7

Take Command Over Crew (From cockpit) = F6

Tower View = F8

Flyby View = Shift F8

Quick View 1 (From cockpit) = F9

Quick View 2 (From cockpit) = F10

Quick View 3 (From cockpit) = F11

Quick View 4 (From cockpit) = F12

Map (From cockpit) = M

Map Current Location (From cockpit) = Shift M

Zoom In = Left Bracket

Zoom Out = Right Bracket
