Coop Missions With Respawn

I'm sure this anwser is around and well known, but will someone please tell me how to make a coop mission with the ability to respawn like a death match mission. Thanks for your help who ever that may be. HAVOC OUT.

AFAIK, there is no way. I've never seen this in the almost 6 years I've been flying coop Il-2.
