Guest Sony Tuckson Posted June 6, 2003 Posted June 6, 2003 My present system is as follows: MB ECS K7S5A (not recent but still sufficient) ATHLON XP1800 512 DDR 2700 GForce 4 TI4800SE direct X 9 detonators 43.45 but CFS3 can't seem to work (not that it's that important since forgotten battles is released, but....) It used to work with the much less capable Gforce 4 MX 440 It installs and loads fine, but when going to fly, I can see the maps used for the different planes textures the, it's all garbled What setting did I put wrong in the video cards parameters.. (must be a wrong parameters, all other sims work real nice) Quote

zagnut Posted July 7, 2003 Posted July 7, 2003 If you're having CFS3 probs, then first get the patch and update ALL of your drivers. Along with that, go to Google and type in "CFS3 mods", it will return with a couple of sites that have all update and tips info on how to get it working on smooth order. I can't remember the names of the sitets tho, but the results are really good. I bought the game on the release date and was heavily diappointed w/ it, but a few months later (and some research added) I found the sites and re-bought to game (on sale this time) and with the patch along side of the mods & tips that other people had, I found it really enjoyable so far. Good luck w/ that. Quote
