STLegacy - Stock Game Upgrade System

This isnt part of STL: The Aftermath, this is just a separate download for people that cant download a large mod. This is to be used on a stock install of Legacy or an install of Legacy that does not have an upgrade system. This is a fully functional upgrade system in Star Trek Legacy.
