A-5B issue

Im testing a mod for the A-5B by Monty CZ (which I found here) and for some reason, no matter how fast Im going, whenever I go over 14,500 ft the plane slows to 300kts even with a/b which is odd considering that i can go 600 at 10% throttle otherwise. Does anyone know whats up with this? Also I have not posted the mod anywhere yet cuz I have not asked his permission.

Engines, control surfaces, flight control, aircraft data, and airbrakes (ALL UNDER..."A-5B_DATA.INI"...)

Well, what exactly have you changed about it? If you start fooling around heavily with the FM (which it sounds like you are doing), you're going to get some strange results.

Well that explains it...I was making it have the high alt. abilities of the U-2 but with better engines.
