Why the AI pilots like to crash their planes ?

I've just played a few missions in FE Ep.1 and they were awesome.

The AI was very good (even deadly)

 

But in the last mission the AI pilots crashed their planes into the ground in front of me.

 

You can say "WTF !!! Thoses pilots are insane !!!"

But they are not insane.

They have the disease.

 

It's called the "CYP" (crash your plane) disease.

Sometimes the AI pilots catch the disease and they can't help but to crash their planes.

 

No one is safe.

All the AI pilots for all the flight sims (even IL2 1946) are exposed to the disease.

Actually nobody has found a cure for the disease.

Yepp seen it as well... was out with a flight of 7 wingmen and one suddenly just dives and crashes...

I saw two Albatros diving and crashing in front of me

 

It's a crazy thing:

The AI pilots listen small voices in their brain "Crash your plane and you will go to paradise city, where the grass is green and the girls are pretty"
