Anybody got any advice what could be the best driver for my Gainward GeForce 7900GS Golden Sample??

My OS is Windows XP, and now I am using the 162.18 drivers and in some games those drivers give me a bit of a blurr, specially when there are fonts on the screen!

I appreciate all tips and advice!
