Is it possible to run WOE in window mode like Il-2 Sturmovik/pacific fighters?

never tested

 

hit "shift+enter" keys and you'll see

 

Big difference is that IL-2 is programmed to run in OpenGL mode (Dx version is avbl but not often used as OpenGL is better) which allows windowed mode

 

Thirdwire simulators are Dx programmed so might not support windowed mode

that would be handy though...like MSFS runs fine in a window, then you can access other things as well
