Skinning problems

I tweeked a F-4G skin to to look like the E models my base used to fly, it works great for me but when I save the skin folder to disk for a friend to use the center fuselage is black but everything else shows up. Is there a something that has to be done to export it?

are you listing it as a F4G or F4E

Ive had the same prob with some skins what I do is remane the skin to a skin mod I know that works.
