What Are The Weapons Designation Types?

Specifically, I want to know what the hardpoint designation types for LANTIRN targeting pods are.

 

I want to hang a LANTIRN pod, and I don't know what to use. Is it EP? LP? TP?

i'ts LP.

 

btw, if you are using an symetrical station, change the stationn group ID, so you'll hang in one side one LP and another the laser bomb.

Don't need to do that. You can set it up in the Loadout.ini file. In game, it'll come up as empty in the loadout menu, but it'll be there when you fly.
