Another Viewing ???????

I'm using the default viewdata.ini.

 

In the "shoulder view" (external) F5 key, the plane shows as it should (a few feet behind the plane), When i use the POV to get different angles of the plane it will hold that setting for a couple seconds then return back to the rear of the plane.

 

Is there a way to get the plane to stay where i set the view position and not return to the default position??

 

Sometimes i like to view above, under, head-on, and side views plus it would enhance any screen shots.....
