mustang60348 Posted November 18, 2008 Posted November 18, 2008 Just when ED decisions couldn't get any more confusing. They have released the English Manual For Blackshark. In light of the fact that the Russian version was cracked, that there is a simple way to make a fair amount of the internal working language into English and now they release the English manual , their decision to not allow people outside of CIS to legally and easily download the russian version looks even MORE SILLY.
