wish lockon was like fs2002 lighting =aircraft lights strobes

heres a f16 and f4 very nice lighting fx

the landing gear light looks soooooo false

 

next time ur out @ night look @ a cars headlights ;)

 

i'm sure they've also addressed the over brightness of the nav lights in the l8r builds :)

In any external views, the lighting in FS2002 or 2004 looks nice. Try using

the landing or taxi lights from the cockpit. All you see in front of you is a white,

hazy blob. It`s very hard to distinguish any details within the lighted area!

Lo-Mac is the first flight sim I`ve seen (judging from the pics and demo mods) in

which aircraft`s landing lights are really useful. The lighted area is very clear.

As far as any other lights in Lo-Mac are concerned - no problem there either.

I don`t recall seeing formation lights lit up on any of the Lo-Mac`s aircraft pics though. Has anyone seen them?

am not putting lock on down just stating that the aircraft nav lights are

rubbish looking in lockon compared to fs2002 , not so much the landing

lights, also see how the landing light in fs2002 on some aircraft, lights up the underside of the aircraft nose, not in lockon? and the nav strobes do the same

T and L effect ,they used this effect for the weapon fire,shame they left out

the lights and strobes with same fx.
