Computer Crashed, need help

I should already know how to fix this but I guess I just forgot. My computer crashed and now I have to reload all my games. When I try to extract a file such as the F-15C to WOE/objects/aircraft it appears to work fine, but when I opened the page in windows explorer the F-15C was not there. When I tried to extract it again a window came up saying the file was already there, but I can't find it anywhere in the aircraft folder. I know this is more of a computer issue but does anyone have any ideas?

The extracted files are in the same folder as the .cat-file, so have a look at your objects folder.
