thundercheif Posted January 16, 2009 Posted January 16, 2009 (edited) OK im in trouble here. When ever i load up the Eurofighter its skin is all white and my game turns into a slide show. I have double checked everything several times, i searched through endless threads and i have looked everywhere in the knowledge base but i cant seem to find a solution. Might be a problem in the ini file or something. is that an add-on skin? However, your screen shot looks OK. Silverbolt Posted January 16, 2009 Posted January 16, 2009 (edited) 2 possibilities for the withe skin.... 1# you saved at 36bit BMP in PS when it asked in wich format to save. you should save it as 24bit..... 2# you screwd something in decals.ini for the slide show....it can be normal in some systems, specially the EF that is a high everything model. Only the Typhoon and the F-35 cockpit Thank you for helping out
+Typhoid Posted January 16, 2009 Posted January 16, 2009 try turning all your graphis options to low and see if it still happens. And as silverbolt suggests, check your video card driver. what specs are you running?
thundercheif Posted January 16, 2009 Author Posted January 16, 2009 I managed to solve the problem. I have resized the skins by 50% since it turned out that my modest computer didnt like the super hi rez skins. Perhaps an upgrade is in order. If only i could afford it.
