Disable and remove ENBSeries HDR plugin, had the same problem (or even worse black clouds).

@Wrench: Have runways showing ocasionally.

edit: removed image from reply

removed both d3d9.dll and esnb series from the WoE folder but problems persist,maybe is caused by sun,I'll fly on sunset,some mission goes with no problems some have 'em!
