New to Phase 3

I have had Phase 2 for some time. Some questions re Phase 3, BHAH:

 

1. How can I purchase the game?

 

2. Have there been any updates or patches since release?

 

3. I'm a Vista user which means I had a devil of a time installing Phase 2, although ultimately with success. Will I need to delete/remove Phase 2 in order to run Phase 3? I am concerned about losing what I have.

yes -several. The latest, which is all inclusive, is at

You won't need to remove P2 - it will install itself over it. P3 was built with Vista in mind, and works just fine.
