OK this dont happen to offen but anyone know how to install the Saitek X45 in Win XP?

 

after removing the Thrustmaster por shock 2

cant get any joystick to install. thats covering the X35 X45 nothing seems to be working and jet sims suk using keyboards . So any ideas?

Ranger332, I have a x-36 on my rig, and all I had to do is d/l the updated software from the site, as well as use the "Nuke USB" cd... I dont know if it comes w/ the new x-45, but it clears any driver data out of your usb stuff. I hope that works!! :thumbup:

ty one and all but we got it the X45 wasent made of the xp version of windows,just had to tweak it some to get it :)

If its the xp bata driver got it but it dident work.. even though its working every time i restart it says new hardwear found my e-mail is BSF332@netscape.net ty

I have been using the latest betas of the SST software and drivers SD02.9.0.997 and they work excellent on my Win2k rig

 

If you get this going I have an SST profile all ready to go for SF:P1
