+ST0RM Posted March 26, 2009 Posted March 26, 2009 I'm using some 3rd party sounds for my installs. The one I'm having an issue with is the F110-1 engine sound I use on my F-16s. Whenever I push the throttles up past 50% or so, the sound accelerates also and sounds like crap. Is there a fix for this? I did a search, but cannot recall this ever coming up as a topic. Even the KB was blank. -Jeff

If that's OK, then the issue is with the sound file you're using.
+ST0RM Posted March 26, 2009 Author Posted March 26, 2009 For the MF F-16C Blk 52 it shows in the data.ini as 0.20 for the idleRPM. Is that close to 60-65% that you listed?
+ST0RM Posted March 26, 2009 Author Posted March 26, 2009 Ok, went back and cross checked with the stock WoI Netz and your 65-68% was correct. I wasn't understanding the value system TK used as he always seems to use something different for each. Anyhow, got it fixed and the sound is much better. Thanks Fubar!
