If the AI could run out of ammo, it would make sense, to perform some

zigzagging or winding manoeuvers, to let it shoot the magazines empty,

and then have the advantage.

If not, that would be an extreme disadvantage for the player, as they

could shoot and shoot, without taking care even, how good aiming is.

 

If AI could run out of fuel, it would have to turn home at some point, or

make a forced landing.

If not, the player would always be the one, who would at some point, have

to get out of the fighting, to reach his hoem base, while the AI could then

follow him and carry on shooting.
