How regenerate the weapons data.ini using the WeaponEditor tool

Someone can tell me how regenerate the weapons database using the WeaponEditor tool.I've tryed to do it for a weapon I must use for Vulcan B2 RAF bomber (necessary for play Falklands 1982 missions pack),but without results.Thanks for help!
