Jasta 28 DV skin download tweak

For everybody who downloaded the Jasta 28 Albatros DV 2 pack.

 

I made a few changes to the tail section. The hinge line has been moved forward a bit so the control arms

now appear on the elevator.

 

I've edited the download so if you want to change yours just download it again and overwrite the original.
