CW3SF 0 Posted April 25, 2009 Nov. 1915 in an EIII flying out of Bertincourt ,once on an "eagle' mission and then on a escort mission I ended up way out over the north sea and just made it back to land as the fuel ran out. Any comment?? Have others had this happen ? It took a LOOOOOONNNNNGGGG TIME to fly back! My hand and arm is still tired--- did not trust warp to get me back. At 72 I can not do the "non-warp thing" without cramping. Flying "did" with only "mixture" and easy claims makes this a challenging game.
Jammer28 0 Posted April 25, 2009 Oh yes, this has happened to me a few times. I don’t take much note of it. I assume that it’s a CFS3 glitch. I too ended up over the North Sea once, but I gave up and ended the flight after 15 minutes. What I started doing while warping is to keep my fingers over the ctrl and x keys to quickly disable warp when I see things going wrong (watch the TAC and the miles ticker). Hope this helps. Jammer

Follow Jammers advice above. Best we can offer on it right now.
