Cannot start OFF

Hello,

 

Well I have installd OFF,

 

I am running Vista 64 ultimate and I was told to install MSSTDFMT.DLL to system 32 folder,however when I try to register it,it says its not compatible.Is there an x64 version of MSSTDFMT.DLL because I cannot run OFF without this it seems.Please help.

I got i working I had to send the file to the SysWOW64 folder and register it there- C:\Windows\SysWOW64\regsvr32.exe msstdfmt.dll

Nope it now says "Driver cannot recognize the specified command parameter" when I try to start a campaign.Any ideas?

I have found that I was now able to register a newer MSSTDFMT.DLL but the main problem is that CFS3.exe crashes when OFF switches to it anytime I try to fly a mission or campaign.

If you're not in the USA, your computer must 'THINK' in English, however the Regional Setting must be; USA, UK, or South Africa

 

I am in the US.
