Can you believe the news reports that AVSIM was taken out a few hours ago by malicious hackers?

I don't use AVSIM, but as a sim enthusiast, I feel threatened. THIS MEANS WAR!!

Hate to be negative about this topic but nothing is 'hack proof'. A good enough hacker will be able to penetrate most systems with the required time and effort. The best way to combat this is to ensure that the sites servers are backed up to an external location, or at least another computer that does not have access to the internet. Hopefully this will not happen again. Sad B£$%ards like this should be shot!!!!
