I am in the process of designing a mission for SP and MP and it's looking pretty good but I want to tweak some of the altitudes some of the aircraft fly as they work from waypoint to waypoint. There is indeed a window to designate altitude, sure, but when you change it and click to something else, and later click back, the altitude was never changed.
