+Olham Posted June 28, 2009 Posted June 28, 2009 Here are some pics from OvS's incredible find, which I have reduced in resolution to fit them in here. We see the production of the Fokker Dr.1 - even the painting of the streak camouflage! Also the transportation on German railway is documented. To me, it suddenly crept closer - seeing the fuselage on the rail waggon looks so "almost today" to me; don't know, if anyone feels the same when looking at this?

Here is where that 212/17 ended up... Jasta 12. Same photo but not as good quality, so it's not from this site. http://www.fokkerdr1.com/212_17.htm
Mr. Lucky Posted June 29, 2009 Posted June 29, 2009 Very interesting. It was most interesting to see how they crated them for transport.
