Guys I need help!

I use the X45 and a MS Force Feedback 2 combo in IL-2 FB.

How can I use the MS FF 2 as my Joystick, but the X45 throttle as my only throttle lever.

Thanks!

First thing to check is to see how many controllers are listed in the pull down menu in your inputs.

If the X-45 shows as a single input and the MS FF the same.

This is what i recommend. First make all your stick assignments for the MSFF and Clear its "Thrust axis"

Next step is to then select x45 and clear all of its axis and input button fields.

Then go into the Field For the Thrust axis and set. You will need to test as to exactly which one it is as differnt hardware varies on what it sets as Axis 1 2 3.

Once this is complete and you are still in the X45 you can then make the throttle button assignments.

The Rotary nob however i believe is not used in the sim. or is only available as an axis.

Good Luck

Bingo! Got the throttle and stick working now! Thanks Mr Mudd!

I'll map the keys after I have read the manual some more.
