Question about "Le Missionneur: Mission Editor"

I have downloaded "Le Missionneur: Mission Editor" and I have installed in the "wings over europe folder"

(as the KMD mission editor), but when I launch the program it doesn't work (no terrains, no aircraft ....appears). :dntknw:

Can someone help me for the corretc use of the program???
