Im using a ps2 controller for off 3 but i dont like the original controls assigned for it mainly becuse the fire weapons control is the triangle button rather than the r2 button and also the trottle axis and the rudder axis are both on the right joystick thing so its very easy to acidentally apply rudder while holding down the trottle.I would prefer to assign the l2 and r2 back buttons as left and right rudder but it doesnt seem to work when i pause the game. Also any other ajustments i make like assigning r2 button to fire weapons will only work for this present session and do not stick for the next time even when i load the saved profile from the menu. Can anyone tell me how to make perminant adjustments that will work because my left and right rudder assignments dont seem to work.

Thanks in advance :)

not going to try and tell you how to change axis assignments,,cause im not sure i know how myself,,but will tell you that you cannot save a profile to any other name other then "mine"....so if you really really want to have several seperate profiles for off..you have to save your settings to "mine"...locate your mine.xca file,,,copy it somewhere else, like a folder called mine1, mine2 etc...

then to load a specific profile,,you copy the file from the folder overwriting the mine.xca...

2 be honest,,,sounds like way too much of a pain in the ass to me,,,,,,i would try to get used to one set of assignments....or,,,find some 3rd party software that lets you assign joystick keys to game controls..and save profiles...
