sitting_duck Posted October 31, 2009 Posted October 31, 2009 just gueseing from other posts, but you might want to check out your resoultion in your cfs3config...and have it set as high as possible. ive seen posts where having set too low (800x600) causes the game to crash, but never seen it shut down the computer. redalb2253 Posted November 1, 2009 Author Posted November 1, 2009 Also you can have your video sliders set way to high, many video cards and systems ago. I could run CFS3 MAXED OUT. Today I run 4 - 3 - 3 - 4 - 1 in OFF, but it's smooth Please Excuse if I state the obvious: The configuration is ONLY accessable in Workshop, the one you can get from desktop is CFS3 Only I messed around with both and it worked thanks for the help. Rickitycrate Posted November 1, 2009 Posted November 1, 2009 Hey! Look at this new guy just quietly sneaking in here. That's not right. You need a hearty welcome and a slap on the back. I do hope you got it sorted out and are enjoying yourself. Uncleal is a font of good advice. If you have other questions they may already be addressed on this forum, it's a big place, or at the OFF webpage. Checkout the pics of the new planes we're getting soon. Exciting times around here. Best wishes, Jim Quote
