Help with weapons parameters

¿What does the parameter "Fuzina distance" in the parameters of the bombs? I tried it and noticed no differences.

And another question regarding the above: ¿Is it possible to delay the detonation of a bomb once it has impacted?

Fuzing distance is how many meters the weapon detonate when on the target. For exhample most of the air to air missiles detonate some meters away from the target. Instead it works for the bombs to detonate them above the ground or to scatter the cargo in the cluster units.

 

Too bad is not possible to delay the detonation.
