Where Do I Find the Options.ini File?

Guys, in XP where is this file? Can't find it anywhere in any folder. I'm also missing folders like Control, PilotData Screenshots, and Missions. Am I supposed to copy these over from an old copy of an SF1 install or something?

If this is an SF2 sim they are located in your My Documents\Thirdwire folder.

 

And the folders are created during the first execution of the sim.
