Rodster Posted June 8, 2010 Posted June 8, 2010 It's unlikely we could find the funds to implement a DRM scheme but honestly neither Flex nor I are fans of DRM.. That said, distribution is still up in the air and there is the potential for using Steam. No guarantees yet, but DRM is unlikely. You guys rock, day one purchase for me. You should talk to the Stardock guys, they seem to have the best handle on DRM. They don't use it but they require a serial number for any updates to their games. I don't mind STEAM as a last resort. xclusiv8 Posted August 25, 2010 Posted August 25, 2010 I dont know if this has been answered somewhere else in the forum but what will the campaign be like? Will it be dynamic? Thanx and the game is looking great! Quote

Fingers crossed we'll be able to distribute it ourselves through our own website DRM-free, with Steam used as a method of mass-distribution in order to sell to gamers outside of the sim community. You'll exist as a constant entity in the 3d world, in short, there's no menu system or loading screens. From the time you launch the game to the time you close it down you'll be moving around your base on foot or flying missions. There'll be 2 dynamic campaigns, counter-insurgency and anti-armour.
