How to change command key assignments

Some commands are originally so, that you have to press two keyboard keys.

That is not at all effective, especially in combat.

 

If you want to change commands, or put them on your joystick buttons,

follow this:

 

- press "escape" in game

- click on "controlls" in the pop-up menue

- you'll get a list of various command areas like "combat commands", "wingmen commands" etc.

- choose where you want to make changes, click on the command, and then click on "add assignment".

 

It is important to know, that you cannot overwrite an assignment - you have to add an assignment first.

Only after doing so, you can delete the previous one.

 

- if you want it to be a joystick command, choose "add assignment", and then click the joystick button.
