recon cameras!?

well i am wondering about that afa or naf recon camera i did load it on my mig21 wings and f18 and its not work and if work i cant control it! i cant change the view of that recon cams

so i need to learn how to make that recon cams controllable and how to control it! just like f-117 cams it stay tracking target even when u far away so any way to do that on f15 or 18 or any other jet?

 

second question and its important for all
