I don't know. I just don't know. :rolleyes:

 

One of my good friends came over for dinner on the weekend and we got to talking about PC games. He mentioned that he bought Doom III and then immediately proceeded to tell me that he was going to give it to me (!) because it has no story and he's already bored with it.

 

The rush of emotions that went through my body was something to the equivalent of winning the lottery, then learning that so did 3 million other people. :(

 

Now, granted, this guy logs a LOT of game time hours. He really enjoys the MMOs and is currently entranced with Star Wars Galaxies, etc. so I'm sure he ripped through the entire game on the weekend and then said "what's next?"

 

Ah well, that's ok. A free copy of Doom III? I'll take it and look forward to proving or disproving his theory. :lol:
