runtime error 13

I wondered if there was someting that some one may be able to help me with

I know that this is normally a windows problem but wondered if any one else has experienced this

I had copied phase 2 version on to my hard drive so that i could use earlie mission downloads but on trying to execute the off manager i get the above error can anyone help

Have you bought and installed P3?

 

If so, you cannot mix the two on your system...
