SF2 voice pack from this video?

Forgive me if the answer to this question is obvious but after searching high and low on Combat Ace for the sound pack featured in this, and other, youtube videos from this particular user I was stumped:

The user seems to be unwilling to tell people who ask in comments what the file is called, only that he "got it from Combat Ace". To my dismay none of the posted sound mods seem to be anything like it! Anyone have any ideas? I think it would compliment the Air and Ground War pack very well.

Actually, no cigar. The music is nice but where are the radio voices and such? Those are all still stock Strike Fighters.
