LoMan change not taking effect?

Hello all,

 

I am having a heck of a time just getting the skin textures on my LOMAC aircraft to change? I did everything correct; I thought? I have the zipped skin file of concern in my LoMan add-on directory; It show up in my LoMan add-on manager list. I hit the install button and I get the green state indicator. The skin texture is in the Bazar\TempTextures directory. I am not sure that the cdds file got updated in the Bazar\World\WorldTexturesBMP1.cdds file. These files show up associated to notepad? Is this right; should they be associated to some different program?

In a nutshell; what am I doing wrong?
