About boomer71492

  1. RuggButt, I have to thank you for that great screen print; was very easy to follow. Who would think that an aircraft skin would be in a weapons loadout? THANKS ALOT! Jim
  2. RuggButt, To elaborate further; you know; what screen, where on that screen is that drop down menu? Jim
  3. RuggButt, I did not see the drop down menu that you speak of. Could you be a little more specific about where in LOMAC that it is? I went into opening a mission and could not find it. I know that I seem relentless, but I just want to get it right. Thanks, Jim
  4. utley, I do as you say; left and right hand skin files to the TempTexture folder, but the aircraft skin still does not change? Do I need to do something else; something to the cdds files? Jim
  5. Can anyone provide me with the files in the Program Files\Ubisoft\Eagle Dynamics\Lock On\Bazar\World directory. I do not need the directories within the World directory, just the cdds files. I think this is preventing me from changing the skin on my aircraft? My files of this type are associated with notepad. You could e-mail them to me at kanga5@snet.net Thanks, Jim
  6. HI FOLKS, JUST A NOVICE QUESTION; WHAT DO I NEED TO TYPE IN MY CDDS File Path and Export/Import Path; IN ORDER FOR IT TO WORK; CHANGE AIRCRAFT SKINS IN LOMAC? I ASSUME THAT IT ALWAYS NEEDS TO BE SET TO SOMETHING FOR THE LOMAN PROGRAM TO WORK? THANKS, JIM
  7. Hello, I get a strange message when I hit the install button in LoMan. It says; A-10-OKRAS-L.BMP does NOT match original texture size so it has been installed to bazar\temp texture. I get the same for the right side BMP file? Does this imply that my skin change has not taken place and that the LoMan install did not make it to where it was supposed to go? Is the skin install supposed to go to bazar\world\worldtexturesbmp1.cdds? How do I correct this situation? My cdds file, as read under windows explorer, is associated with notepad. Is that alright? Thanks, Boomer Jim
  8. Opening a cdds file?

I can't think of anything else that would be preventing me from changing skins on my aircraft; which I can't do? Jim
  9. Opening a cdds file?

I think my problem lies in the fact that in my Bazar\TempTextures; the cdds file TempTexturesBMP1.cdds is associated with notepad already. Do I need to change this and if so how. Maybe this is preventing LoMan 2.0 from being able to get into this file? I found this out by using windows explorer. Thanks Again, Jim
  10. Good Evening, What is the best way to check what version of LOMAC, that I have. I think I have the latest, but am not sure? Jim
  11. Hi All, Just curious as to what program I would use to open a cdds file? Thanks much, Jim
  12. Jammed rudder?

what path would I use to get to that config file? Jim
  13. Hello all, I am having a heck of a time just getting the skin textures on my LOMAC aircraft to change? I did everything correct; I thought? I have the zipped skin file of concern in my LoMan add-on directory; It show up in my LoMan add-on manager list. I hit the install button and I get the green state indicator. The skin texture is in the Bazar\TempTextures directory. I am not sure that the cdds file got updated in the Bazar\World\WorldTexturesBMP1.cdds file. These files show up associated to notepad? Is this right; should they be associated to some different program? In a nutshell; what am I doing wrong? Thanks so much, Jim
  14. Does anybody know why my rudder would be jammed to the left stop; seems to happen in all aircraft of LOMAC? Thanks in Advance, Jim
  15. Hi All, I am kind of new to changing the default aircraft skins, in LOMAC. I am not having to much luck, using the LoMan utility. Is there a way that I can do this manually and what directory are the aircraft textures located, so I can do this? Thanks in Advance, Jim
