missing weapons?

I added all 4 parts of NATO fighters to a clean install of WOE and now when I go to the loadout I find I have no weapons for any of the aircraft. I think the problem lies in pt 4 , as I had the weapons before I installed it . The weapons are in the weapons folder , but they don't show up in the loadout menu . How do I get the weapons to show up?I hope i'm asking the right questions in the correct forum.
