PPJoy doesn't show up under controllers in game

I am trying to get my G25 clutch and gas pedals to work as the rudder controls.

 

For starters I have Windows7.

 

I've followed all the instructions for setting up PPJoy and GlovePIE and I have successfully created a virtual joystick which works with my pedals. It shows up in the Game Controllers list and the clutch and gas pedal work as the X axis on the screen. Everything seems to be working as expected. The problem is I can't see the virtual joystick listed in the game to be able to select it's axis. I see my wheel and my saitek joystick but no virtual joystick. Does this not work in Win7? I'm running everything in WinXP Compatibility mode and as an administrator. Anyone else have this combination working in Win7?
