How to open the refueling probe

hi all, i've got problem in Erwin Hans Su-35BM

i've ask him but he doesn't reply

the problem is i can see the Refueling Probe below the aircraft nose

but i don't know how to expend it ??

somone said i've got problem in Animation key

but i still don't understand, can someone help me

shift+1 = open cockpit glass frame

shift+2 = open refueling probe
