Hi Community!!!

I am new in the Adobe Photoshop staff. I'd like to know how to increase the resolution of an image keeping the same aspect ratio. Any idea?? The reason I'd like to do this, is that I want to increase the resolution of some instruments of certain cockpits to make them a bit more readable.
