OK, I'm being a bit slow here.

 

This isn't a picture of A DC-1.

 

This is a picture of THE DC-1. The first and only DC-1 there ever was, and forerunner of the DC-2, C-47 "Gooney". This plane was a one off.

 

 

I apologise Olham, if I'd only read your posted link I'd have known all this yesterday!!!
