World War I Aircraft Carrier

In 1917 England had a take-off and land on a moving aircraft carrier HMS Argus.

Sopwith Pup took off from the HMS Yarmouth.

 

My question is: Would it be possible to put brakes on a Spad 13 so you can take-off and land on a aircraft carrier.

I got every thing working now just had to change the controls for the brakes.
