Hanger loading screens

Back new to ACE for SF2 series after some considerable period of absence. Downloading and installing fresh a/c for SF2 series from site but each one I load for Hanger Screens show blank hanger screens and causes computer crash. What might I be doing wrong, and does my SF2s require up patching through all the latest patches?

issue 1 - is your hangar screen in jpg or bmp. bmp for gen1 and jpg in gen2 . i assume your blank screen is all black .

 

issue 2 - patches are recommended if you know what you are doing as it is separate issue from hangar screen .
