Hi:

I'm making a campaign on Batlika's Kamchatka Peninsula map. I've got two problems that are plaguing me:

1. Later StartDate and progress of an offensive. If I start my campaign with a squadron intended to arrive later, the planning map shows the same frontline as day 1, as if friendly ground units never moved until the player arrives.

2. Weird selection of mission objectives. For example, if attack planes belonging to a carrier are assigned to strike a land target, then it will receive escort from fighters from an airfield on the other side of the map!

Any help would be appreciated, thanks!

In the *******DATA.ini file, there is an option you can add to have the generator run offensives before the arrival of that squadron. I don't remember the exact option, but there is one.

That is just the campaign generator. As far as I know, there is no way to get around this. But, that scenario would not be entirely impossible in the real world.
