After update a SF2 game with a new patch I must reinstall all the mods featured in the game?Thank you!

That's very much recommended...

 

Your alternative would be to rename your mod folder before patching, then running the patched game once (thus creating a new - empty - mod-folder), delete that newly created mod-folder and re-rename your old mod-folder. Then the game would look for and find your old mod-folder instead of the new one.

But reinstalling all the mods to the newly created (patched) mod-folder avoids inconstencies between the older game's version and the patched one (it can happen that some of the mods won't get "recognized" by the patched game).

 

So: you can try the "easy way", but the "safe bank" is reinstalling your mods!
